How to Calculate numbers tiles do you need for a Floor and wall?
Example floor size :
Length = 15 ft
Width = 15 ft
Tile Size = 16cm × 16cm
Area of one tile = 256 cm^2
Note -> 1ft = 30.48 cm
One tile area is 3.88 ft^2
Total area of Floor = 15 ft × 15 ft
= 225ft^2
Total no of tiles = Area of total floor /area of one tile
= 225ft^2/3.88ft^2
= 65.77 ~ 66 nos
